Organizational Change Manager

As a key player in supporting Scotiabank's global Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, development, and execution of transformative initiatives that impact personnel, technology, and processes.
Your contributions will include:
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organizational change management framework and tools, fostering broader adoption and effective application.
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of both internal and external communication strategies, including the development of key messaging and collaboration with other communication teams to advance strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate Scotiabank's narrative and amplify messaging across the organization.
- Encouraging global collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team, utilizing diverse perspectives to improve practices.
- Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal controls related to OCM.
Do you possess the skills necessary for success in this role?
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build meaningful relationships across various functions.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- High adaptability and flexibility in a large organizational setting.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A completed post-secondary education.
- Knowledge of the technology sector and/or certification as a Prosci Change Practitioner is advantageous.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, O365, and Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
