Position Overview:
This role is a hybrid position requiring three days of onsite presence. The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to facilitate effective change management practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and consultative support to organizations, enhancing their understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Assist leaders and teams in recognizing the impact of change on individuals, addressing resistance, and supporting transitions.
  • Act as a visible coach to empower leaders and stakeholders in their roles as change advocates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other key roles to integrate change management practices throughout the organization.
  • Design and execute change management strategies, plans, and frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies, stakeholder assessments, training plans, and resistance management initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by identifying key players and creating engagement strategies.
  • Align change management activities with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and successful implementations.
  • Engage clients and stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring effective communication and consultation.
  • Clearly articulate the rationale for change to stakeholders, providing a compelling vision of the future state.
  • Foster consensus among stakeholders regarding changes that align with their needs.
  • Identify potential risks related to change and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and present findings to inform change management strategies.
  • Implement measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of changes.
  • Develop approaches to institutionalize change, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in change management standards, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating training, communication, and change management plans.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent active listening and analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience assessing change impacts on business processes and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in leading transformational change initiatives.
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies to various projects.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and understand their impact from changes.
  • Experience in developing targeted change management plans, including communication and training.
  • Ability to define success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Experience coordinating with subject matter experts during implementation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Experience in relationship management.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills.
