Job Title: Business Development Director

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our Power and Renewables business unit in Western Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the growth strategy for our Power Grids and Renewables business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth and revenue in Western Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Represent AtkinsRéalis at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Work closely with our Portfolio Directors/Managers to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics aligned with AtkinsRéalis' objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Power and Renewables industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
