Job Title: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. in North America. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in North America
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, with a focus on government contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in North America
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals and presentations to potential customers
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with customers to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business development experience, preferably in systems and solutions
  • Proven track record of identifying and delivering new business opportunities in government contracts
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and government contracting processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
