About the Role:
The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our spa guests. This will involve greeting and welcoming guests, processing reservations and appointments, and providing information on our spa services and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the spa and fitness centre.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
- Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
Requirements:
- Prior spa or fitness centre experience.
- Prior reception or customer service experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Ability to work in Canada.
