Our Vacation Ownership sector encompasses various brands, including Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and the newly launched Sports Illustrated Resorts. With a team of over 19,000 professionals, we operate more than 270 vacation club resort locations worldwide, ensuring that every day presents an opportunity for innovation and growth.
Position Type: Seasonal, Full Time
Starting Compensation: $23.34 per hour CAD
Your Role in Our Success:As a Guest Services Associate, your warm welcome and exceptional service will be crucial in crafting memorable experiences for our guests from check-in to check-out. Your role will involve providing heartfelt hospitality, sharing insights about the resort and local attractions, and managing reservations with care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver warm welcomes to guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist guests with the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established protocols.
- Balance cash receipts and perform necessary checks to ensure accuracy.
- Complete check-out procedures, ensuring that all charges and credits are accurately reflected in guest accounts.
- Manage reservations for individuals and groups, confirming details as needed.
- Provide accurate room rate quotes to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to resolve issues independently.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer and office proficiency.
The hourly wage for this position is $23.34.
