Seasonal Guest Services Representative

At Travel + Leisure Co., we are dedicated to enhancing the vacation experience for our guests. Our Vacation Ownership division encompasses a variety of brands, including Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and the newly launched Sports Illustrated Resorts. With over 19,000 team members, we operate at more than 270 vacation club resort locations worldwide, ensuring that every day brings new opportunities for learning and growth.
Position Type: Seasonal, Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $23.34 per hour CAD
Your Role:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our resorts, providing exceptional service that makes guests feel at home from check-in to check-out. Your warm demeanor and helpful nature will be essential in creating memorable vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly greetings to guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist guests with the registration process, issue room keys, and share information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate cash receipts and perform necessary financial checks.
- Complete check-out procedures, ensuring accurate billing and guest folio management.
- Manage reservations for individuals and groups, confirming details as needed.
- Provide accurate room rate information to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to independently resolve issues with minimal oversight.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Basic computer and office skills.
