Compensation: Starting at $23.34 per hour CAD
Your Role in Guest Satisfaction:As a Guest Services Associate, your warm demeanor, outstanding service, and welcoming presence will be crucial in ensuring guests have a memorable vacation experience from check-in to check-out. You will embody hospitality in every interaction, from sharing insights about the resort and local attractions to assisting with reservations and inquiries.
Your Contributions Will Include:- Delivering friendly greetings to guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Assisting guests through the check-in process, issuing room keys, and providing essential information about the resort and surrounding attractions.
- Processing payments accurately while adhering to established protocols.
- Maintaining accurate cash balances, conducting cash audits, and fulfilling other financial responsibilities.
- Completing check-out procedures and ensuring all charges and credits are accurately reflected in guest accounts.
- Managing reservations for individuals and groups with precision.
- Providing accurate room rate information to guests.
- Addressing guest questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
- A professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling practices.
- Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and office skills.
The hourly wage for this position is $23.34.
