Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Outbound BDR Director to spearhead our outbound sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving our business development efforts and enhancing our outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives in executing successful outreach campaigns and sales methodologies.
- Analyze and report on BDR performance metrics regularly, making informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Formulate outbound strategies grounded in market analysis and competitive insights to optimize lead generation and qualification.
- Assess the effectiveness of outbound initiatives, implementing enhancements to achieve or surpass objectives related to lead generation and revenue growth.
- Provide training, motivation, and development opportunities for Outbound BDRs, including performance evaluations and coaching.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of outbound communications, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in outbound communications and offer support to ensure effective lead qualification and transition to the sales team.
- Uphold the company's reputation by adhering to high standards in all outbound business development activities.
- Establish lead generation and qualification benchmarks, accurately forecasting key performance indicators.
- Maintain a consistent presence in the office to foster team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of three years of direct outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in a B2B context with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand our products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with senior executives and team members.
- Active listening skills to enhance mutual understanding with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.

- Proven mentoring skills to support the growth of BDRs in their careers.

Experience in advisory or business services is advantageous.
