Job Description

AIM's New Business Development team is seeking a high-energy individual with experience in value-driven sales approaches. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales and account management experience, as well as a solid track record.

This critical function is responsible for acquiring new business and driving high sales volume by managing the complete sales process. It works closely with the AIM organization to identify new opportunities and maintain AIM's position as a leader in the metal recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition by managing the complete sales process
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
  • Be organized and effectively manage an account set, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
  • Enable successful roll-out of AIM services to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant documentation, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches and site visits in person
  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process

  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Successful history of net new business sales
  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
  • Willingness to travel
