Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Intelligence LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions and sales approaches
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of the investigations and intelligence industry, with a focus on corporate, legal, and financial services
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce
