Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at MMM Tim's Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers, to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Estimate and Manage InventoryAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage Schedules and ReportsDevelop and manage work schedules, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Work EnvironmentOur fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Shift Manager, you will work in a dynamic team, interacting with customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements- Leadership and Communication Skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers.
Food Service ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a food service environment, with a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
Teamwork and AdaptabilityAbility to work effectively in a team environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
Customer FocusStrong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
