  • Food Quality and Safety

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Coordinate the ordering and receipt of supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to maintain our high standards.
  • Financial Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player.
