Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Operations
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards, including taste, presentation, and safety.

  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with our restaurant team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work schedule. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.
