**Position Overview:**

The Change Management Integration Lead plays a pivotal role in steering change management strategies from conception through execution and sustainability to ensure optimal business outcomes. This position involves engaging with leaders, stakeholders, and affected parties to foster an informed workforce that comprehends the implications of change for both customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to designated business units.
  • Influence and negotiate effectively to meet organizational goals.
  • Propose and implement solutions based on thorough analysis of challenges and their implications for the business.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans.
  • Identify emerging trends and issues to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Lead the planning of change strategies by combining subject matter expertise with organizational insights for successful implementation.
  • Assess the scope of change to evaluate impacts on personnel, processes, finances, technology, and associated risks.
  • Dissect strategic challenges and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Offer guidance to business units on change implementation, evaluating the complexity and impact to develop effective programs.
  • Utilize change management methodologies and general management skills to organize and execute change initiatives across various project sizes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide business context in the design and execution of change initiatives.
  • Develop tailored change management solutions that align with business strategies and stakeholder requirements.
  • Formulate change strategies that empower leaders to advocate for and execute necessary changes.
  • Create and implement communication plans to enhance awareness and understanding of changes, including audience analysis and message development.
  • Identify resistance to change and devise plans to address concerns through effective communication and training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the adoption of changes, addressing any challenges and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Focus primarily on the designated business unit while maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective when necessary.
  • Provide specialized consulting and analytical support to enhance change initiatives.
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within established guidelines.
  • Work autonomously and manage non-routine situations effectively.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.

**Qualifications:**

  • Typically 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the project lifecycle.
  • Extensive technical proficiency gained through education and professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven influence and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
