IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a Manager of Change Management to enhance their operations within the financial services and insurance sector. This position involves a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office on designated days.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and assess surveys to understand employee perspectives, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  2. Play a pivotal role in the creation and moderation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange among stakeholders.
  3. Act as a primary executor in the rollout of global Gen AI change strategies and action plans, ensuring stakeholder engagement and a seamless transition during organizational changes.
  4. Generate support materials for leadership and colleagues, offering guidance and resources to facilitate successful Gen AI integration.
  5. Coordinate large-scale interactive engagement activities to foster understanding, collect feedback, and build support for Gen AI initiatives.
  6. Prepare stakeholder communications and updates to maintain transparency and effectiveness throughout the change management process.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years in product/project management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives and driving organizational change. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Product Owner are required.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in developing and moderating communities and change champion networks, including the creation of stakeholder support materials and organizing significant workshops.
  3. 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in change management, with ProSci or similar certification being mandatory.
  4. 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and overcoming barriers to facilitate a smooth transition to AI-driven practices.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certification in Six Sigma or a comparable methodology.
  2. Experience or exposure to GenAI technologies.
  3. Familiarity with Human-centered Design, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.
  4. Experience with contemporary engagement platforms.
