This position is pivotal in the technical architecture and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate with technical, functional, and vendor teams for the successful execution of the HCM Program (i.e., Planning, Architecting, Building, Testing, and Deploying).

  • Engage with HR teams, senior stakeholders, business management, quality assurance, developers, and third-party vendors regularly to ensure the timely completion of deliverables within the HCM program and Workday Sustainment.
  • Technical Analysis and Consultation - Evaluate and analyze integration requirements, current environment, and technology platforms to define and propose solutions that meet functional integration needs across the Workday ecosystem, including future HCM solutions and multiple internal/external systems.
  • Focus on developing integration solutions, ensuring successful deployment using various integration technologies and services.
  • Identify technical challenges and risks, defining mitigation strategies in close collaboration with delivery and operations teams.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and new functionalities related to Workday integration and other relevant domains.
  • Planning, Implementation & Support - Assist in managing the integration deliverables associated with the HCM project and Workday Implementation.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to help them understand the integration design, architecture, and functionalities while managing testing use cases.
  • Provide forward-thinking technical leadership for integration design and development with an understanding of current and future operational models.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the integration deliverables associated with the HCM project and Workday Implementation.
