IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a Manager of Change Management to join their esteemed financial services and insurance division. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on select weekdays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and evaluate surveys to assess employee perceptions, pinpoint areas needing enhancement, and quantify the effects of change initiatives.
  2. Play a pivotal role in the establishment and moderation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange among Gen AI participants.
  3. Act as a principal executor in the rollout of global Gen AI change strategies and action plans, engaging stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions during organizational shifts.
  4. Create and distribute support materials for leadership and colleagues, providing essential guidance and resources for effective Gen AI integration.
  5. Coordinate large-scale interactive engagement activities to foster understanding, collect feedback, and build support for Gen AI initiatives.
  6. Develop stakeholder communications and updates to maintain transparency and effectiveness throughout the change management process.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years in product or project management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives and driving organizational change. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Product Owner are required.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in cultivating and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar initiatives, including the creation of stakeholder support materials and organizing significant workshops.
  3. 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in change management, with ProSci or equivalent certification necessary.
  4. 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and overcoming obstacles to facilitate a smooth transition to AI-driven practices.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Six Sigma or similar certification.
  2. Experience or exposure to GenAI.
  3. Familiarity with Human-centered Design, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.
  4. Experience with contemporary engagement platforms.
