About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and execution of people change strategies and initiatives for the Chief Data Office at CIBC. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving strategic thinking, thought leadership, and change management excellence across our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in developing and executing people change strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive strategic thinking and thought leadership to inform business decisions and drive change management excellence.
  • Develop and implement change management methodologies and tools to support business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business efficiency.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in people change management concepts with a focus on change delivery.
  • Proven track record in creating materials for executive forums and using Microsoft's suite of products.
  • Strong understanding of Prosci's ADKAR methodology and change management principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
