About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to lead our change management initiatives across Group Functions Technology (GFT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured change management methodology to drive business transformation.
  • Assess the impact of change on our organization and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Identify and analyze potential resistance to change and develop plans to address concerns.
  • Consult and mentor project teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Build actionable deliverables for the five organizational change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, mentor plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal with active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Be a source of expertise and coaching for team members.
  • Ability to understand and articulate how technology enables business value.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
