Our client, a leading entity in the financial services and insurance sector, is seeking a Change Management Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is designed for professionals who are adept at navigating organizational transformations and fostering a culture of change.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and evaluate surveys to assess employee perceptions, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and quantify the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  2. Play a pivotal role in the establishment and facilitation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange among Gen AI participants.
  3. Serve as a principal contributor in executing global change strategies and action plans related to Gen AI, ensuring stakeholder engagement and a seamless transition during organizational shifts.
  4. Create and distribute support materials for leadership and colleagues, equipping them with the necessary resources for effective Gen AI integration.
  5. Coordinate large-scale interactive engagement activities to enhance understanding, collect feedback, and cultivate support for Gen AI initiatives.
  6. Prepare stakeholder communications and updates to guarantee clear and effective messaging throughout the change management journey.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years in product or project management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives and driving organizational change. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Product Owner are mandatory.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar initiatives, including the creation of stakeholder support materials and organization of large workshops.
  3. 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in change management, with ProSci or equivalent certification required.
  4. 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and overcoming obstacles to facilitate a smooth transition to AI-driven practices.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certification in Six Sigma or a similar methodology.
  2. Experience or exposure to GenAI.
  3. Familiarity with Human-centered Design, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.
  4. Experience with contemporary engagement platforms.
