IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a Manager of Change Management to join their esteemed financial services and insurance division. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on select weekdays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and evaluate surveys to assess employee perceptions, pinpoint improvement areas, and quantify the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  2. Participate in the establishment and facilitation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange among Gen AI stakeholders.
  3. Serve as a pivotal executor in the rollout of global Gen AI change strategies and action plans, engaging stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions during organizational shifts.
  4. Create support materials for leadership and colleagues, offering guidance and resources to facilitate successful Gen AI integration.
  5. Coordinate large-scale interactive engagement events aimed at enhancing understanding, collecting feedback, and fostering support for Gen AI.
  6. Generate stakeholder updates and develop communications to ensure clarity and effectiveness throughout the change management journey.
Candidate Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years in product/project management with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives and driving organizational change. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Product Owner are required.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar initiatives, including the creation of stakeholder support materials and organizing large workshops.
  3. 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in change management, with ProSci or equivalent certification being essential.
  4. 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and overcoming obstacles to facilitate a smooth transition to AI-driven practices.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
  2. Experience or exposure to GenAI.
  3. Familiarity with Human-centered Design, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.
  4. Experience with contemporary engagement platforms.
