About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2493824 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Supply Chain Management

Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain exceptional quality.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal levels.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
