Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SHREEJI COCHRANE INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
