- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
- Chef Management
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
- Train and develop the skills of our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Food Safety and Quality Control
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
- Education and Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, chef management, and food safety and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. A valid food safety certification and a clean driving record are also required.
