Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Resource Planning: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operational activities.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
