Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the food preparation team, ensuring that all culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Resource Planning: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet established quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
