Position Overview

As a Culinary Services Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.

Operational Duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Team Leadership
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
Physical and Personal Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; standing for extended periods is required
  • Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and teamwork are essential
