About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Simply Fremont Restaurant Ltd. as a Culinary Expert. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and maintain efficient systems for managing food preparation, inventory, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and high-quality standards.

Lead and Train the Culinary Team

Supervise and mentor a team of culinary staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and customer service techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of the restaurant, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain Accurate Records and Reports

Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a food service management role, with a strong background in culinary arts and customer service.

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule
