The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service within LDB Enterprises Ltd. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staff and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve efficient work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the tasks of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles, as well as on hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire personnel for the food service team.

  • Maintain comprehensive records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
