Key Responsibilities...

Reporting to the Corporate Learning Programs Manager, the Learning and Organizational Development Specialist will work collaboratively with various levels of the organization, internal experts, and external partners to facilitate the implementation of performance and learning initiatives. This role will serve as the primary administrator for our talent management technology, particularly focusing on the Learning Management System.

  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Adult Learning.
  • Certification in Insights or a similar psychometric assessment tool is advantageous.
  • Relevant HR experience; a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training for various leadership levels.
  • Experience in designing in-person, eLearning, and webinar courses.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques, along with knowledge of HRIS systems (preferably Success Factors) and e-learning software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of work accurately.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
