About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for our client in the Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will drive transformational change through effective project planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OCM plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives, ensuring a unified approach to change management.
  • Design and deliver coaching and training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change.
  • Support the development of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to inform organizational design and transition planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM, training, and communications, with a proven track record of success in large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development, with a strong understanding of Public Sector projects and environments.
