About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Technician to join our Talent Management team at BCI. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for training and development activities, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management.
  • Manage contracts and budget for Talent Management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our learning management system (LMS), ensuring seamless employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Advisor and Manager, Talent Management, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs, including needs assessment, curriculum design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year diploma in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of office experience, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SharePoint, with a preference for Workday Learning experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
