About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and maintain information from HR forms into the HRIS system.
  • Enroll new hires into absence plans and prepare absence balance reports for managers.
  • Write employment agreements and employment verification letters as required.
  • Prepare and send electronic new hire packages to new employees.
  • Update organizational charts on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the Career Investment program and handle the service recognition program.
  • Provide support with general enquiries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Act as a liaison for temp agencies and provide back-up support to the HR Consultant during absences and vacation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and accurately enter information.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and passion for HR.
  • Proven customer service skills and a professional, collaborative approach to internal customer service.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
