About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Management Consultant to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for our client in the Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will drive transformational change through effective OCM strategies, solution architecture, project planning, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement OCM strategies to mitigate the impacts of change on various stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives.
  • Lead project planning and create OCM and communication plans for smooth transitions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop coaching and training plans, including end-user training and a comprehensive training toolkit.
  • Support the design of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM, training, and communications.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and integrated process improvements.
  • Experience working with large and complex government or Crown organizations.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with Public Sector projects and environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale organizational changes.
