About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert to lead our Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition to our new operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Change Management
    • Develop and implement change management plans to minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement
    • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
    • Provide transformational expertise to projects and operational teams
    • Establish a regular cadence of change management activities
  • Communications
    • Develop and implement communications plans to support business transformation
    • Work with stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, benefits, and risks of proposed changes
    • Deliver change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Training
    • Develop and execute end-user training for a large group of users
    • Support senior leaders, managers, and supervisors in understanding their impacts and needs
    • Provide education, training, mentoring, and team support for changes to scope and flow of work
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of general experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation and change management initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
