Administrative Coordinator

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and a well-organized work environment.

- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience

- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Manage administrative tasks for the organization
- Coordinate office services including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and manage inventory
- Compile data and create reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Supervise and streamline office administrative tasks
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints
- Gather and analyze information to provide effective client services
- Prepare and proofread various documents
- Handle applications, receipts, and other documentation
- Manage communication through messages and calls
- Process transactions and provide customer service
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Organize and prioritize office activities
- Maintain document organization and retrieval systems
- Issue receipts and manage billing processes
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare invoices and manage financial documentation
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution
- Carry out general office responsibilities
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and Internet applications
- Experience in the green economy sector is an asset
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary
