Position Overview

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and a well-organized work environment.

Core Duties
  • Assess and enhance administrative processes
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Manage administrative tasks for the organization
  • Coordinate office services including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage inventory
  • Compile data and create reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative tasks
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Gather and analyze information to provide effective client services
  • Prepare and proofread various documents
  • Handle applications, receipts, and other documentation
  • Manage communication through messages and calls
  • Process transactions and provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
  • Organize and prioritize office activities
  • Maintain document organization and retrieval systems
  • Issue receipts and manage billing processes
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare invoices and manage financial documentation
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution
  • Carry out general office responsibilities
  • Order and maintain office supplies
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and Internet applications
