Research Director

Summary

Leger is seeking a seasoned Research Director to lead our market research initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing research studies, growing client accounts, and providing strategic counsel. If you have a passion for market research and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute research strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the full cycle of market research projects, from methodology to report writing and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project management steps are on track and delivery is on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and turning them into business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sociology, psychology, or business.
  • At least 7 years of experience in market research or strategic consulting.
  • 5 years of experience with supplier-side custom research.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
