About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing our clients' knowledge and skills through the creation and delivery of high-quality, client-driven research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate primary research interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and information.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and best practices in various industries and domains.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and other teams to develop frameworks, methodologies, and supporting tools and resources.
  • Support client calls and workshops by developing call delivery capabilities and participating in calls with senior analysts and clients.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and Executive Leaders across the Division on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
