Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Advantage Personnel. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer routine inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Scheduling: Book appointments into our scheduling system, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of routine typing assignments, including drafting correspondence, entering data, and printing letters and reports.
  • File Management: Establish, maintain, process, and update files, records, and other documents.
  • Supply Management: Order, stock, and distribute office and medical supplies.
  • Errands: Run routine errands as required for the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
