Role Overview

The Industrial Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting detailed reports on operational performance
  • Establishing and managing work schedules for team members
  • Overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of production staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Team Management
  • Supervising a team of 5-10 individuals
  • Managing specialized cleaning staff
  • Leading various working groups
Required Skills and Experience
  • Possessing specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Transportation and Travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Access to a personal vehicle is required
Work Conditions

Tools and Equipment
