The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Establishing effective methods to meet work schedules

- Training staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensuring that food quality and service meet established standards
