As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in guiding a team of Retail Operations Associates to ensure the effective functioning of the retail division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of team members to meet daily operational benchmarks.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and integration of new team members.
  • Provide direction in sales transactions, customer engagement, merchandising, and more.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized retail space.
  • Manage cash register operations and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the store.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in thrift retail is advantageous.
