About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Eastcourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as necessary.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a 30-hour week.
