Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our business unit specializing in sanitation, industrial cleaning, and industrial waste management services in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an effective field team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality services.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to stimulate growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Validate the relevance of project managers' proposals and manage contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the organization of operations, human resources, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage operating accounts and ensure the profitability of your area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain positive relationships with employee representatives.
