Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2407986 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
    • Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus.
    • Flexibility.
    • Team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
