Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
