Staff Recruitment and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing food service team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, maintaining detailed records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
