Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2128763 Alberta Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service delivery to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.

Inventory Management and Budgeting

Estimate and manage inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to optimize food preparation and minimize waste.

Staff Recruitment and Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing food service team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Work Schedule Management

Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.

Physical Demands

Work Hours and Term

Work a standard 40-hour week, with a permanent work term, to ensure stability and consistency in our food service operations.
