- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. A high level of flexibility and adaptability is required to meet the demands of a dynamic food service operation.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession, or restaurant.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan, work term: permanent, work language: English, and hours: 40 hours per week.
